Braeside combines the warm, comfortable feel of home with a safe and caring environment in which its clients can relax and enjoy their everyday made easy. We aim to ensure that our clients enjoy a quality of life whilst remaining as independent as possible. Where the need for care requires the support of our staff, we aim to preserve dignity and happiness at all times.

With 30 years’ experience within the care industry; compliance with statutory regulation is of the utmost importance and we regularly review the services we provide to ensure we keep up to date with the changing needs of our clients. We welcome regular feedback in order to ensure we continue to provide the best care possible. Our team is fully trained and always on hand to help and support clients when required.

The home has ample parking and is easily accessible for all, with a passenger lift to allow access to the second floor. At Braeside we provide the option of readily furnished rooms or if you prefer, you can bring furniture from home to provide a more familiar setting. All rooms are fitted with call systems to ensure help is at hand 24 hours a day. In addition, the majority of bedrooms include en-suite facilities with those that don’t including a wash basin area. All clients are encouraged to personalise their room to ensure comfort and requests for reasonable adaptations, to suit each personality, are welcomed. Personal TV’s are welcomed or arrangements can be made to provide one during your time with us.

With three large communal sitting rooms, clients can choose to relax in the company of others or enjoy their own space and privacy in their room. Meals are usually served within the communal dining area, however for those who prefer to dine alone, we are always happy to accommodate. Our main priority is providing you with the environment and care you desire.
